Is there a way to see whether invoices are pending workflow approval for a particular vendor? Is there a way to show all outstanding invoices for a particular vendor?

It would be very helpful if change orders were paired with their base contract in the system. This would make reconciling a vendor's contract for a project much easier, particularly when a vendor holds more than one contract on the same project. It would also help if the change order transaction number were tied to the base contract's transaction number using a decimal or dash (for example, 05.01 or 05-01). That would make the relationship clear at a glance.

When I receive a Change Order in the data inbox, I'd like to be able to immediately merge that change order into existing exposures in my project so that I still have the audit trail of that exposure without having to manually add in its details.

The system needs to retain, display, and report on historical forecast data. Right now forecast data is overwritten each period, so if you log in on the first of the month to review, the prior month's forecast is gone. You can save a copy of your forecast each month, but that is a manual workaround rather than a solution. There is no way to see forecast versus actual performance over time in reporting or in a dashboard view. The ask is for the system to keep a snapshot of each period's forecast automatically, and to make those snapshots available in reporting and dashboards so we can track forecast accuracy against actuals across the life of a project.

It would be great to see who made changes, edits, or updates to various items like budgets, invoice details, or draw requests.

It would be very helpful to receive real time notifications of comments made on invoices by approvers while in the Data Inbox.

It would be helpful to be more specific about error messages such as the attached. If there is an invoice that has several components, it would be helpful to know which component the error is referring to.

When editing components, even when clicking "save" the changes that are made are not reflected. Therefore, the component line needs to be deleted and a new component needs to be created. It would be great if this would be fixed which would assist in preventing errors when editing/updating additional component details
