Is there a way to see whether invoices are pending workflow approval for a particular vendor? Is there a way to show all outstanding invoices for a particular vendor?

When I receive a Change Order in the data inbox, I'd like to be able to immediately merge that change order into existing exposures in my project so that I still have the audit trail of that exposure without having to manually add in its details.

It would be helpful to be more specific about error messages such as the attached. If there is an invoice that has several components, it would be helpful to know which component the error is referring to.

A feature I think would be beneficial would be the ability to select an Accounting Status that "accepts" an invoice into a project so it can be reflected in the ACR but identifies it as an invoice for which payment should temporarily be held. This "Hold" status would prevent invoices with extended payment terms from accidentally being included with invoices that need to be exported to the accounting system for current payment. Thank you!

Would like the ability to notify the project team (users assigned to the project) that a new project has been created in Northspyre.

Is it possible to add a calculation of the general contractor's general requirements, overhead and profit as a percentage of the total general contractor hard costs? In the affordable housing industry, these percentages are limited and we frequently have to make this calculation to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. It would be great if we could see these percentages after each draw so that we can bring this to our contractor's attention in a timelier manner.

Enable document markup and e-signature capabilities for PDFs in the document library and emailed or manually uploaded transactions in the data inbox.

Then provide a reporting option from Report Builder, provide a report option where Contingency Usage $ & % Dashboard View can be exported with Reallocation (No., Vendor, Title, Budget Line, Amount, Cause, Description, Rec. Period) are listed below grouped by Cause.

Would like the ability to configure escalations on approval workflows. Reminders that are sent to approvers on a 1 day, 3 days, 5 days interval or however configured.
