It would be great to see who made changes, edits, or updates to various items like budgets, invoice details, or draw requests.

It would be very helpful to receive real time notifications of comments made on invoices by approvers while in the Data Inbox.

I would like to see a master vendor list, requisition periods, and budget at the portfolio level to manage it in one space. Then have the ability to apply or associate from the portfolio level to the specific project. We use a lot of the same repeat vendors currently, and having to approve each vendor for each project is not efficient. I would argue the same for creating the budget categorizations with GL mapping and Requisition periods.

Send out an email if a coworker tags you in the comment section.

It would be really helpful to have an export feature in the dashboard view to support client and investor reporting. Many clients prefer receiving a quick monthly snapshot (i.e., one-pager) by email rather than having to dig through the full reports or log into Northspyre to find the key information.

Northspyre doesn’t currently track recently deleted items. It’d be super useful to have a “Recently Deleted” section or log to help with recovery and audit tracking. Could we look into adding that? The biggest problem I see with not having a tracker is this example here: • I send to NS • Reviewer doesn’t see Cipriani (bill to) • Deleted from Data Inbox • Doesn’t become issue until vendor is upset and requesting immediate payment
